Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the ordering process and clearly displayed before the order is finalized.

Our shipping costs are based on defined shipping classes and average shipping costs derived from past shipping experience. The calculation is independent of the actual freight costs, the actual weight, or the actual shipping volume of the respective shipment.

Each item is assigned to a shipping class. Shipping costs are automatically determined based on the items in the shopping cart.

The shipping costs displayed in the online store are flat-rate shipping costs and are intended to ensure a transparent and straightforward order process. Under no circumstances will these costs be adjusted retroactively based on higher or lower actual shipping costs.

Shipping Classes

Our items are assigned to the following shipping classes:

• A1 = Small Package
• A2 = Standard Package
• A3 = Large Package
• B = Standard Pallet
• C = Large Pallet

This classification is determined internally and is automatically taken into account during the ordering process.

Calculation of Shipping Costs

For orders consisting exclusively of items eligible for package shipping (A1, A2, and A3), the highest shipping class in the shopping cart will be charged.

If the shopping cart contains at least one item in shipping class B or C, all additional spare parts and accessories ordered will be shipped together with the main product. In this case, no additional shipping costs apply for items in shipping classes A1, A2, and A3.

Shipping costs for items in shipping classes B and C are calculated according to the flat-rate shipping fees listed in the online store.

Orders of five or more devices in shipping classes B or C qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Area

Deliveries are made within Austria and to member states of the European Union.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union are made exclusively upon individual request and by separate agreement; orders for goods to countries outside the EU cannot be placed through the online store.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, any additional costs, customs duties, import taxes, or country-specific fees in the recipient country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is specified for each item.

All delivery time estimates are non-binding guidelines, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed upon in writing.

Should individual items be temporarily unavailable or should delivery be delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Partial Deliveries

We are entitled to make reasonable partial deliveries if this is necessary for efficient order processing.

This will not result in any additional shipping costs for the customer.

Shipping Method and Carrier

The seller selects the shipping method and the carrier based on logistical and economic considerations.

We reserve the right to change the shipping method or the carrier, provided the change is minor and objectively justified.

There is no entitlement to shipping via a specific carrier, a specific shipping method, or a specific delivery date, unless this has been expressly agreed upon in writing.

For package shipments (shipping classes A1, A2, A3), delivery is made to the front door of the specified delivery address. For general cargo and pallet deliveries (shipping classes B and C), delivery is made in accordance with the Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place) to the curb of the specified delivery address. Carrying the goods into the building or to upper floors is not included. Alternative delivery methods must be requested via an individual quote and cannot be processed through online store orders.

Transport Damage

Obvious damage during transit or missing items must be noted by the recipient upon delivery—ideally immediately upon receipt from the carrier—and reported to us promptly.

The customer’s statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.

Force Majeure

Delivery delays or obstacles to delivery due to circumstances beyond our control despite reasonable care—in particular strikes, government measures, traffic and transportation disruptions, power outages, natural disasters, pandemics, or other cases of force majeure—do not give rise to any liability for damages due to the delay, provided that we are not at fault. Liability claims against consumers arising from willful misconduct or gross negligence remain unaffected. The same applies to personal injury.

In such cases, agreed-upon delivery periods shall be extended appropriately by the duration of the disruption, but by no more than six weeks. If the disruption persists longer, both parties are entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately.

General Note

By completing the order, the customer acknowledges the shipping costs displayed in the online store as well as the shipping and delivery terms presented there as an integral part of the purchase contract.

Shipping costs are calculated exclusively according to the shipping logic and defined shipping classes specified in the online store. The shipping costs displayed in the online store at the time of the order are decisive.

The following delivery time estimates apply from the time the goods are ready for shipment and correspond to the estimated delivery period required to be specified under Section 4(1)(7) of the FAGG. The consumer’s statutory rights in the event of a delay in delivery, in particular the right to set a new deadline and to withdraw from the contract, remain unaffected.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified for the item, the following approximate delivery times apply from the time the goods are shipped:

• Parcel shipments within Austria: approx. 1–2 business days
• Parcel shipments to Germany (DE), Italy (IT), and France (FR): approx. 2–5 business days
• General cargo and pallet deliveries within Austria: approx. 2–5 business days
• Less-than-truckload and pallet deliveries to Germany, Italy, and France: approx. 3–8 business days

All delivery times are non-binding estimates. Delivery delays due to transportation service providers, government measures, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control cannot be ruled out.
